1) Why did you get into broadcasting? It was accidental. I wanted to be a newspaper columnist and someone told me radio was a good way to start. Then I fell in love with it.

2) What is your most memorable radio moment? Broadcasting vital information to a flood-drenched, power-outted Owego from a borrowed camper sitting in the mud at a transmitter site.

3) What is your personal motto? “It’s always better to ask forgiveness than to ask permission.”

4) If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be? Being able to stop time—so I’ll never be late again.

5) If you could only listen to one album for the rest of your life, what album would it be? Beatles Anthology (all parts)

6) What song might someone catch you singing in the shower? “Kid Charlemagne” by Steely Dan or “Killer Queen” by Queen. (I know all the words)

7) What else should we know about you?

• I have a tattoo but it’s usually covered up. (No it isn’t there…)

• I binge-watch British crime shows
• Watching Beatles films and videos moves me to tears. Every. Single. Time.
